We're currently searching for a talented individual to spearhead our boutique's success with style and sophistication.  As our Store Manager, you'll play a crucial role in crafting unforgettable shopping experiences for every customer at altitude.

Responsibilities include:
*Lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
*Oversee daily operation, including scheduling, inventory management, sales targets, and customer service
*Curate a cohesive merchandise assortment that ensures a smooth flow of merchandise that resonates with our clientele as well as oversee inventory levels to meet customer demands
*Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and sales
*Provide personalized styling advice and cultivate long lasting customer relationships
* Lead recruitment efforts to hire top talent and provide comprehensive training programs to empower staff with product knowledge and exceptional service skills
* Proactively monitor and implement measures to minimize shrinkage, safeguarding inventory and maximizing profitability
*Ensure seamless operations by effectively executing opening and closing procedures, maintaining store security, and adhering to company protocols

Qualifications:
*Proven experience in retails management, preferably in the fashion industry
*Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to multitask, take initiative, and problem solve
*A keen eye for fashion and a passion for styling all body types
*Flexible schedule, including Saturdays and holidays

Pay: Starting salary for this position is $75,000, which can be adjusted based on experience.
